Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What data we collect
When you register, we process your name, email, password as a protected hash, interface language, and account creation date. When you sign in through an external account, we also store the provider identifier, provider email, email verification flag, display name, and technical profile received from the provider.
After a subscription is purchased, we store payment history, subscription status, access period, payment identifiers, and saved payment-method identifiers if the user explicitly enables auto-renewal. Bank card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on the site.
We may also process profile settings, preferred music platforms, newsletter subscription, cookie settings, anonymized analytics events, and technical request data: hashed IP address and User-Agent for the consent log and security.
How we use data
We use data to create and protect accounts, provide access to club content, process payments, send service notifications, restore access, keep consent history, and improve the club.
Personal data processing consent is recorded in the persistent database: we store the user, consent version, source, time, and hashed IP address and User-Agent. This is needed to confirm consent and correctly process withdrawal.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for site operation and analytics. You can manage cookie settings at any time.
Storage period
Account data is stored while the account is active or while it is needed to perform the agreement, confirm payments, comply with legal requirements, and protect the rights of the operator and user. After account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized if storage is no longer required.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data, data export, or withdraw consent to processing at any time. After withdrawal, some club functions may become unavailable if data processing is required to maintain the account, subscription, or access to materials.
